There are so many good english songs. But what i think you should begin with is listen to the radio. That way you would get familiar with the different kinds of music and would know what you prfer. The radio also gives you all the latest music which would help you stay in touch.
As for me, I like Bon Jovi a lot - you cal listen to some of his songs like "Always", "Never say goodbye"
Then theres the classic madonna "Beautiful Stranger", "true Blue"
I like a lot of Imogen heap and collective Soul too - you can download thir stuff onlione and see if you like it.
