i hate IT!!!! i want to sleep but no!! anybody else have this prob? any ways to help

For example, I for instance go jogging every evening, between 20:00 and 21:00, and I drink a glass of tea 1 hour before going to sleep. It works wonders. If not, just read a really boring book. I usually go down in a couple of minutes. Hope it works for you too.

Have you ever tried drinking hot milk? you could set yourself sleeping at a certain time then whatever happens just close your eyes and be calm, and follow that routine everyday, your body will learn adjust to that routine. If you're still having trouble try seeking the professionals advice.
