Should West Ham United Fc lose points over Macherano and Tevez. All the clubs facing the relegation battle are threatening to sue the FA Premier League after West Ham were not deducted any points only a £5m fine was issued to the club. So what do you think should West Ham be deducted any points. Gimme your view on this matter thanks.

I do think West Ham should of had points deducted because they broke the rules and points deduction is the normal punishment for that rule breach. I have no doubt that if West Ham were in mid table with nothing to play for they would of had points deducted but maybe the decision makers just wanted to keep the relegation fight interesting.

yes i agree with you that if they was anywhere else in the table they'd be deducted points but man it'd be out of order to deduct points just as they'd started to play so well and get the points they've need all season. And the biggest fine in history of the premiership is enough in my eyes.

the fine is enough, I think West Ham have paid a lot this season, the distruptions to the team because of the management which was the real cause of WHU being in the relegation zone is already some kind of punishment, and now the fine, I think now it shoudl be all over and move on
