Oh men..isn't it me or is it just me who wants to lose weight?hehehehe..gosh..help me people..do you have any tips for losing weight fast?

yes that's me..but the thing is right now, I'm getting bigger and bigger already..huhuuhu..I don't have any recent picture for now so i posted those pics like 3 months ago..Do you have any tips for losing weight fast? I just would like to have my body back in shape. I've gained weight because of being stressed out during my school days..but now, i have time to cut pounds already..can anybody help me?

Have a proper and propertion diet...
Choose the kind of food u eat...
Exercise at least thrice a week, best will be daily, even brisk walking for 15 minutes help...
Avoid doing the same exercise everyday as it might bored u and make u less persistent in completing the routine thus gradually slacking down...
I myself am enjoying the varities of exercises...

Yes quickly run 100 miles. You will lose 100 kilos. Ha ha ha. Sorry.. You can try out exercises like push ups and running everyday. Make it regular in doing exercises.
