I’m 23. I look into my future and see a lot of uncertainty, but I try not to be afraid. I know that I control my future to some extent and I’m a capable person with a lot of faith in myself and in God. I’ll do what I can to make my future bright. You should too. The future isn’t something to fear. It is there for you to embrace – and make it what you want it to be.

Scared about will you find a good job, be happy, find something you want to do with your live, find a good mate, etc.? Or concerned with the state of the world and what's going to happen? Or all of the above? Sometimes I get worried about many of these things, except I'm older so I'm less worried my own work, career, etc. Being worried is natural, and i think it's a sign that you're thinking about things. What's strange to me is people who never seem to think about their lives more than a day or two in advance...

take one day at a time.. what has to happen in the future is beyond our control so there is no use fretting.. just keep doing waht you want to do.

Almost everyone is afraid of the future. I think everyone's afraid because we don't know what the future holds. That's why I think everyone just needs to live in the moment and not worry about what's going to happen 10 years from now. Too much worry causes wrinkles, migraines, ulcers, hair loss and grey hair.
