Medicaid freezes

I live in Gerogia and we fall under the income for medicaid or Peachcare for working families. But as of 2 months ago Peach care was frozen and one of my children will not get insurance. See 2 children get medicaid because first husband refuses to pay childsupport and has no health insurance on them, my last son is disabled and gets insurance, however my little daughter can not get insurance because my husband works and Peachcare is frozen.I spent 5 hours in a office to be told this and Im upset, my daughter needs dental work and now Ill have to find a clinic (most dont do dental)
