well, i really like the cassava cake made in quezon province. i just forgot where exactly. then there's bodbod.
also the dried mangoes and otap in cebu. the tagaktak in zamboanga del sur as well as their pinyato and masi ( i don't know the exact spelling)
talking about foods is making me hungry. how about you guys? =)

i love the special halo-halo that is with leche flan and ube on top. and bilo-bilo funny it seems that two of the delicacies i like you have to repeat the name twice. also may i add bagoong or alamang, they call it shrimp paste here in states. chicharon and i miss pancit palabok, i dont know how to make it and maybe when i get back i'll eat a lot of it.

yeah! pancit palabok. and i have heard of the famous pancit malabon. i never got to taste it since mostly, i spent time in pasig while i was in luzon. and yes, halo-halo too. lol

I love durian candies and pampanga's best tocino and longanisa. Halo-Halo is the best every summer, I can't stop eating. I also like dried mangoes and KWEK-KWEK and pishbols(fishballs) and also kikiam.

LOL. looks like you've been in different places here in Pinas coz you know a lot. i should try that moche? lol. waaaaaaaaaaaa!!! i am craving for them now.
yeah, nothing beats the bbq here plus the isaw in UP. lol.
you should try the squid in riverbanks marikina. trust me. super yummy. lol

i like all i guess lol, what i'm missing right now is bicol express, laing, ginataang santol, mango, our lokal ihaw-ihaw, halo-halo with ube and leche flan and lot lot more. i miss the phils also
