Why Australian cricket team is so hungary for success?

Yes why is it tha after having a long course of success australian team is still hungary for success that doesn't even mind bypassing the ICC's rules. One classic example of it is Greg Chappel asking for underarm bowling by his brother, Ricky ponting using a bat which is unfair by ICC standards, Adam Gilchrist putting a squash ball in his glove for a better grip in his bat I WC2007 final. So will this time ICC take a harsh decision or again like everbefore Gilchrist ould walk out of it easily and some Sri Lankan player have to pay a price for being an Asian coz ICC have whole lot of History of punishing Asian players or bring them under the scanner and leaving others.
