Is shushi healthy??

I do not know this but just thinking of eating raw fish make me think if this is healthy or safe. What do you think? I knwo that japanese people eat this like crazy but are we ready to eat raw fish?? Please tell me your opinion

try eating those fish with a little dip in lemon and some soy sauce, or you can even put a little wasabe for a little bit of spice, you'll forget that you're eating a raw fish, it actually taste good. and they say that it is really healthy too. sushi are made with all kinds of stuff, you can have it with fruits, vegetables

First off I want to tell you that sushi isn't raw fish, it is anything with rice vinegar. Sashimi is made with raw fish. Sushi is a low in fat and nutritious. The fish is an excellant source of protein and omega 3. Seaweed is is rich with iodine and rice provides complex carbohydrates.

It is extremely a good source of vitamins and minerals. I would know because i eat sushi at least 3 times a week or so because i know how to make the ingredients and roll it :)
