T'shirt/ shirt.....in or out.........which way you prefer.......?!?

Recently my husband and I have this funny discussion because he prefer to wear his t'shirt or shirt neatly in his trouser/ jeans even when we're relaxing. But I, on the other hand like to wear my t'shirt or shirt out. Only for special occasion/ purpose I'll wear them in my jeans/trouser. So, we teased each other that they way he wear his t'shirt/shirt is weird... otherwise I'm wierd....hehehe.... We're not against each other though, only curios to know how about other people. How many did the same as my husband and how many did the same as me....So, How do you prefer to wear your t'shirt or shirt ?!?

I don't tuck my shirt in, it's not for me, I look awful, hehehe! Yup, the truth is, it's not flattering to my figure, so I never tuck my shirt in. My mom used to tell me though that I'll look good if I just tuck-in my shirt since I have a rather big "b0tt0m", hehehe! But nope, I still won't do it, it's not the only hump that will show, and I feel disgusted, lol! :D

I wear my t-shirts out of my jeans. Most of the guys I know wear their t-shirts out of their jeans, some even wear dress shirts untucked depending on why they were dressed up.

I always have my T-shirt on my jeans (tuck-in) whenever I go to work and on occasion. I don't know but I feel more confident and well dressed (neat) if I have them on my jeans/pants. But it's very different when I'm only in the house or when I dress casually. I leave my shirt out because I feel more relaxed and can move easily with this way.

When my hubby was "chunkier" he always wore his shirts out. Now he's lost some weight he always tucks them in. I always wear my shirts out. For work, we have to wear a uniform with the shirt tucked in, so I wear a sweater over it. I am overweight and feel self conscious about it, so I try to cover it up all the time.

Unfortunately I am a scruff and like my shirt floating lol. There is a very good reason for this in that I am an "apple" shaped person, and the longer shirt flowing over my ample apple hides a great deal of sins! I think sometimes, with someone of my shape, the shirt outside actually looks better than in, because then I look like a bag of potatoes tied up in the middle!

My husband prefers to be all tucked in, I like to tease him and tell him that's because he is old. I like to see a mans shirt tucked in for formal occassions, when he's wearing a suit and out if he is wearing casual clothes.

My husband and I have had a similar conversation to this one. It makes me laugh when I think back to it. We went back and forth to each other saying which was better and more comfortable. I prefer untucked, cause to me it is more comfortable, and more cooling to have it untucked. It seems whenever I tuck in my shirts I start to feel hot and stuffy. So I would untuck my shirt anyway. However, my husband prefers to have his shirts tucked in, cause for him it is more comfortable. He says also that it makes him feel more prepared if for some reason he needs to go out to get something or just in general to get out of the house. Don't have to waste time with tucking his shirt in. Although he wears a shirt and sweat pants to bed, and he don't tuck his shirt in than. I believe it's a person's preference to which he or she prefers to wear his/her shirt tucked in or untucked.

Yep, I think you are right, it's a person preference to decide whether he/she want to wear them tucked in or untucked. But still it's nice to think about simple thing but yet can makes us smile and laugh. Thank you for sharing, you did make me smile wiith your respond !!!

I never tuck in my shirts. Even when I was working, I wore them out. My hubby always tucks his in. If I want it to look neater, then I will wear a blazer over the top of the shirt.

When I was younger I used to wear my shirts tucked in most of the time but I now I feel like thats restrictive (and it usually manages to untuck itself anyway) so I wear them out. Of course it might also have something to do with the fact that my waistline is larger. ;)

Nah, it can't be your waistline, you just as younger as you feels like...hehehe (wink wink). I think they made the shirt nowadays with different materials that managed to untuck itself...hehehe. Thank you for your nice respond and watch those waistline, hehehe !!!

I prefer to wear my shirts or t-shirts tuck out because I'm not lean/fit and I already have this bulging stomach which is sometimes an eyesore even for me. :(

I wear shirts tucked in my pants and T-shirts out side the pant. One of the reaso for this is i use to iron the shirts and i wear T-shirts as it is. In this case, if i wear the T-shirt tucket in, it will not look good. So I prefer to wear the T-shirt outside and the Shirts inside the pants.

I prefer to wear them out, it is so much more comfortable!! My husband likes to tuck them in though, but he is starting to bet a gut so it doesn't look very good when he tucks in a t-shirt. I try to get him to un-tuck them without beind mean and saying, "Hey you look fat that way =)" He thinks everything looks better tucked in where I am the complete oposite!!

it doesn't matter whether it's tucked in or out, it depends which way you're comfortable wearing them. some shirts look nice tucked in and some out. i prefer mine out.
