What about counseling over the phone

What does anyone think about getting counseling over the phone? I am a psychotherapist but I have fibromyalgia which makes it hard to get around. I put an ad on Craig's list for counseling over the phone to deal with Depression, Agoraphobia, etc. for those who don't feel up to getting out of the house. I haven't had one response. What do you think of the idea?

Yes, counseling is possible on phone but its cost is played more important part because it affects the person's expressions and creates a binding of time limit and voice quality so the counseling done would have little effect because of counselor's grasping things as well as patient’s expressive things!
But on Internet and using web cam it is possible to do successful counseling and healing also!
