DO you get up in the middle of the night?

I don't know why, but I wake up at the same time every night...no matter what time I go to bed.
Some where between 3:10 and 3:15 my eyes just open up. I don't have to go to the bathroom, all is quiet in the house...I just wake up for no known reason, look at the clock and then go back to sleep.
WHY DO I DO THIS?
Do you wake up on the middle of the night, and if you do, are you able to go right back to sleep?

Your brain must have trained its self to automatically wake up at that hour. Have you ever in the past had to for work or something wake up at that hour??
I watched in a movie once that 3:00 a.m. was the hour demons move about or also called the witching hour, not that, thats the reason for you waking up. Its just an old tale from a movie. I think your brain for whatever reason has set its self to auto wake up at or around that certain time.

Hallo,
I do not wake up in the middle of the night, but I'm interested in things like this and when I'm reading it, these ideas are coming to my mind:
- Some of your relatives (or friends or neighbours) could have working hours at night - somebody who doens't sleep at that time regularly, is probably thinking of you at that time - and because our souls are connected each other, your soul makes you wake up at that time, because (he/she=your soul) is trying to deliver some received message to your mind.
- Or somebody who you know is living in different time zone and is praying for you when 3:10-3:15 arrives in your time zone - he or she is probably getting up or is going to bed - or he or she could be in a church at that time, too?
- But do not be afraid - Because you are able to fall asleep immediately, that person loves you, I think.
Have beautiful days and nice dreams, Sea

I wake up at various times, but mostly it's because my infant stirs, or makes noise, or cries. On a day where everyone is quiet and no one has made a peep, I always wake up at 4am! I have no idea why, and I hate it! I do get right back to sleep though, but I can't roll over too much or my son hears and wakes up, ahhh!!

I must reaffirm this idea:
When you really do not know any person who could think of you at that time (3:10 and 3:15), then I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to you to visit some GOOD ASTROLOGER (or person with high sensibility= I didn't find any English translation for this word, but I hope that you'll understand what I mean).
When something in our lives starts to repeat exactly at the same time, for example when you are watching your clock at 1:00, 2:00, 5:00 (or 3:29, 12:29, 15:29, 18:49, 16:29 and you can put here any different combination which includes the same numbers) or when you start wake up exactly at the same time every night and it didn't happen to you before - these two situations seem to be look after each other, I think.
- One well known (person with high sensibility which has got ability to learn WHAT HAPPENED in the foretime and what COULD HAPPEN in the future***) has written about these situations in his book, that this can be the way by which the soul is trying to tell the mind some warning.
This is not right good idea for you but I remembered his words right now and this information could be useful for you, I think.
***[COULD HAPPEN because there isn't only one way in our future - imagine something like a trip - on your trip you usually meet partings of roads and at that time you have to choose one of the ways + when you expect the rainy day, then you simply add a raincoat into your bag.]

You might just have used your mind from doing the same way. I used to have the same way but not very often. Just look at the clock to check time and back to sleep.
Sometimes, when its hard to be back on sleep, i open up my pc and play games on their or just listen to music in there till my eyes turns to nap.
I think i dont have not even one in my mind to definitely answer WHY is the reason of having that way like you. I would let you try to have some hot milk before goind to bed.

I wake up in the middle of the night because my kids call me to go in their room. But I guess this is not the answer that you want. Before when I had no kids, I wake up in the middle of the night when I am anxious about something. But when I am really tired, I do not experience waking up in the night.

Wow! I had a similar experience as your too. I did get up one whole week around 3:00 everyday. The first 3 days I found it tough going back to sleep. So, I watched Television till I could fall back to sleep. Later on I got used to it. I realised the coincidence on the 4th day when I got up at the same time, and that I have seen the same programme on tv the previous days. I did think about this coincidence for quite some time before I completely threw it out of my mind.
I just happened to remember the whole scene when I happened to see your discussion, So I just venrtured to give my experience too which was a way similar.

I am the same way. I will often wake up a couple of hours after I have gone to bed for no reason. Sometimes I can go back to sleep but most often I can't so I will go play games on the computer or come talk on mylot. I have been this way for years now. I once tried sleeping pills that the doctor prescibed but all those did was make me loopy in the head. Didn't help me sleep.

I often wake in the middle of the night but it is because I am uncomfortable. I then have trouble getting back to sleep. Sometimes it can ake an hour, sometimes several, sometimes I don't get back to sleep at all.
I have had periods like you describe where for a week, every night I'll wake up at the same time to the minute and then it just stops. It is weird and creepy and I don't know why it happens. I always wake up a couple of mnutes before the alarm goes off, too, even if it is at an unusual time.

Yes,I too wake up at night and go back to sleep again after looking at the clock sometime, but this doesn't happen all the time.Sometimes I too don't go back to bed immediately after waking up. I hope it doesn't cause any probs then there's nothing to worry.
