No Solicitors!

I have a no solicitors sign, in English, pasted on my front outside door. I have been having a rash of people with heavy foreign accents knocking on my door trying to sell me their goods. I have been politely telling them no thanks, but they are starting to annoy me. If I try to ignore them and not answer, they just keep knocking and ringing my bell. My dog goes berserk every time. I don't want to sound mean, but I have my sign up for a reason. What do I have to do, post a no solicitors sign in every language?
