How to do when you find your lover fall in love with others?

Last night, I dreamed that my boyfriend fell in love with another lady and they gave birth to a baby, a nightmare! In fact, I'm he loves me and won't do that thing at present, so I don't know what this dream means and wonder when you face this condition, how do you do?
