Well about eight years ago I had three jobs, my day job, night job and my children lol. And I still don't know how I did it but I know today I couldn't do it. My children are a fulltime job that I can't have two jobs and I am old now I need my beauty rest.

Honestly,i didnt experienced having two jobs at one time. But soon i will!Last October 2006, i decided to earned units in education so i can have the opportunity to work in Acedeme in the near future. Then, ive tried to apply in one of the prestigious College school here in our city. Just this week, the administration, call me to have a demo.Fortunately,i will be having a job on teaching this coming June.I am currently working as an accounting clerk right now.And in the night,i might have a teaching job too. I do need to have 2 jobs at one time.In the morning up to afternoon i am an accounting clerk and in the evening,i will be a teacher. Its because,i have 2 kids who are studying and i am a single parent of 2. Thats the reason why.

Well, one time about 15 or so years ago I bought my first brand new car and after a while the payments got to be more than I could afford so I took on a second job. I was working at a furniture plant during the day and delivering pizzas at night. Looking back I dont know how I did it and I think I'll just stick with the used cars from know on. Take care!!

yes-i did hotel housekeeping and office cleaning at the same time.i was dragging butt major. i finally gave up the second when i started sleeping through my first job and missing work. i would try to get one job and double shift if i had to rather than 2 separate, if i had to do it again.

Well sort of. Not sure if it counts, but when I was doing family child care in my home (basically a home daycare where the air force base licenses me and checks me monthly and trains me and what not) my regular "business" hours were 7am-6pm monday thru friday. Then I decided to take the extended duty contract that they offered to me. Its working nights/weekends/holidays for the air force members that can't get off and can't take their kids to regular daycare during the week and the air force would foot the bill and pay me, it was no cost to the parents. I absolutly hated it because I had NO TIME OFF. There were kids in my house 24/7 and I had ones that slept overnite, and then would leave in the AM and my regular kids would come. I did it for extra money but I wouldn't do it again. I am not sure if that counts as two jobs since it's sort of the same job, but it sure felt like two jobs, I was always exhausted!

I have not worked two jobs as of yet and hope that I will not have to do that. I think it would be awfully tiring having to work multiple jobs. I think we all prefer working one very good paying job than working two jobs and having to deal with more commuting. Taking care of a family is like a job as parents have a lot of responsibilities in raising their kids. If the cost of living keeps going up, I may have to work another job or start looking for a better paying job.

when we were building our first house, we ran over on the estimated costs, so i at the time held 4 jobs., i babysat kids all day, sold tupperware, worked at ben franklin (a variety store), and waitressed on weekends and nites. I also cut hair at a salon one day a week. all of those jobs helped to cut some of the over spending on the house. my husband also worked extra side jobs at the same time. i look back at the days when we worked so much and so hard for so little, and i think to myself wow, we actually made it. working hard and making a living is something we just did to make it. Hard work never hurts anyone!

back when i was still in the university, i worked part time to cover other costs of my education and living allowance which was not covered by my scholarship. i was teaching english to children of expatriates. when i got my first job after graduation in a holding company, i kept the teaching job as my night job to have some extra. i was about to quit when my brother went to the university and needed help in financing his education. i stayed with the two jobs until i got burnt out working from 9am to 7pm on my daytime job and teaching from 8pm to 2am, home by 3am and leave for the office at 6:30am. there was no time for social life or even have a boyfriend at the time. i was flat out whenever i arrive home. then sleep a lot during weekends. :) given the choice if i would do it again to make ends meet... yes, i would. having the second job really helped financially for myself and for my brother's education. now i only maintain 1 job. whew!!! :)

Yes, I worked two jobs a lot in my lifetime. I worked 2 jobs (65+ hours a week) until I was 7 months pregnant and then continued to work my regular full-time job until the day I went to the hospital to give birth. It's definately exhausting! I haven't worked 2 jobs since I had my son because I want to be around to raise him. Working full-time and raising a child is hard enough. If I didn't have my son then i'm pretty sure I would be working two jobs now.

I have had three jobs at one time - but only for shorter periods of time. I had a two month job at a bank. I worked monday through friday from 8 until 4. Some days I just went up the stairs at the mall and started my job at the gift and toy store at 4, and worked until 8. I also worked there all day saturdays. Then I would go home and do my cleaning job at a club house for a soccer team. Those montghs were pretty hard. I was still in highschool at the time. So when summer was over I went back to school and continued with the job at the store and at the club house. I will not do it again if I do not absolutely have to.

Yah, I did. I considered myself a multi-tasking and a versatile person. Though it's hard I still make things to work out everything. And still take time to my family no matter how busy I'am. Their my source of happiness that keeps me going.

I've had two jobs since I could remember but off and on... I will start one for about 7 months and then I would say I need a break...some time for myself and quit... then I go back at it...its hard having two jobs and taking care of yourself and home... you tend to get a little passive... you do do the things you should when your tired

No, I haven't. I never though of having two jobs. I think it just too crazy as your life will be ruined. If there is no special reason to earn extra money, I won't try to have two jobs. One job already make me feel tired.
