Supreme Court has stayed the death sentence of Sushil Sharma?

It was a sad news as the Death Sentence of Sushil Sharma who was convicted in the Naina Sahni (Tandoor Scandal) murder, was stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Whatever may be the facts and circumstances on the basis of which the Hon'ble Supreme Court stayed the death sentence but in my opinion such persons should be hanged. Taking benefits of the loopholes in Law, they go scot free. Your views about the same.
