respected mothers and women of this world,applaud and salute for making with world beautiful with your pregnancy and kids to this new world,worm welcomes you all and read this any doubts feel free to post add me as your friend to know more info on these topics further,in my limits i give you suggestions for healthy baby in your diet,because baby's having milk from mothers only is good,healthy diet for mother for the sake of kid follows like this
1.pack of 500 extra calories needs a day in terms of vegetables,grains,proteins and healthy fresh fruits.
2. need to up your body fluids with 10-12 glasses of water,juice,soup.
3.eliminate foods that commonly causing reactions to health
4.exercise is good but it improves the lactic acid in the milk causes sour taste,may be the baby dislikes,do exercisers with help of guidance of doctor or nurse
