Do you get aggravated if someone responds to an old discussion? / myLot

Or do you appreciate the comments as intended. I have responded to posts then realized that the discussion had been started 2 months ago. Do I need to start checking for when the discussions were started or is it good to go on and add my response?

I reply to old posts. I still appriciate people responding to my old discussions as well... I don't think it really matters but I'm sure their are some out there that may be bothered and not respond to their response left.....
