Grass is green, sky is blue

plants combine the energy from all of the sun's colors with water and minerals from th soil to produce glucose,a plant's major source of nourishment,the only color a plant doe not use is green,plants absorb the sunlight into their leaves with special cells called chloroplasts.the chloroplast cell store the unused green color in the leaves of the plant giving the plant brilliant green color,if we observe with high powered magnify glass or microscope we see the green color left over from the sunlight in the chloroplast compartments ,so maximum every leave seems green so all grass is green,similarly when sun's light is actually made of different colors all mixed together,but when it reaches the earth's air,all the colors scatter.the color blue gets scattered the most.so that we see the sky as blue
