Personally I think i have about 5 prayers a day. That would include my morning prayer, breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening prayer. Each prayer is different and from the heart. We do not recite memorized prayers, we 'improvise' them. What about you? How many times do you pray?

In the Jewish tradition, we need to say a prayer at least 3 times a day. There are 3 differenr prayers which called: Shaharit- morning prayer, Minha- afternoon prayer, Arvit- evening prayer. Which prayer takes about 15 minutes and in the morning the prayer is a little bit longer... (about 30-40 minutes). Every jew have to say the sentence "Here O Israel the Lord our God the Lord is One." at least 2 times a day.
Also, there are tradition jews who pray more. There are prayers for the time you waking up and the time you go to sleep etc...
Furthermore We, the jews, blessing god daily before we eat, wash hands, fly abroad etc... There are different blessings for different kind of food, and diffetent activity.
Some people claims that each religious jew blessing god more then 100 times a day. The very very religious can get up to 150-200 blessings per one day only.

Well, I pray twice a day that is sitting sepeartely in a pooja room and I pray(This is a usual thing which I do daily). I use my own word casually like talking to a person in my prayer.Sometimes if I am busy with my kid I while moving or doing something also I pray because seperate track runs that :). Also before my food I offer it to GOD and I have it thats my usual routine. Also If I am in a nice place also I pray or can say I talk to HIM.
