I think its really unfair that we now have water restrictions that we cant wash our cars or water our lawns as often or we will get fined which is fair enough as long as that ruled applied to everyone our neighbours on both side still was there cars and water there yard and nothing happens but other people i know have been fined i think this is really unfair

hai friend tictactams ,nice to meet you online, which country you are belonging to,why they give restrictions for washing cars, how much water source in your location, is there any scarcity for drinking water or the water is used as waste in washing of cars?in our country india especially in our location there is no restriction, here people wasting so much of water for cleansing purpose only like washing four and two wheelers and wasting for cleaning walls and house, but we suffers here for drinking water and some people move to miles and miles for drinking water of village areas ,i think your rule is good for us for the sake of drinking water, and i suggest every house must have at least 5-6 grown plants only eligible for using more water that improve the climate health and decreases nature disorder and the plants should fruit plants helps every one fruit and food in every area and protect the ozone ,i think so,if my response hurts you sorry friend,i express my feeling

The way you get caught is by having your neigbour reporting you for washing your car or watering your garden. When they receive the call... they send an inspector around... and if they find water on the ground... that is all the evidence they need. You can wash your car with a bucket... but not with a hose. You can also water the garden between certain hours. Sydney has been on those restrictions for over 5 years.
