Women serves many roles in her life as mother, sister, daughter, wife..to site some. what you will persive in these roles sacrificing her happiness for the sake of her family, an emence love, tolerence, patience, care, wishdom and konwledge, selflessness...many more qualitative qualities that make her a great compititor in performing any role. There is a saying that educating women is educating a family, and educating a family is educating a whole society. From a few decades women are enjoying equity with men. Just imagine if a responible women become the leader of the world..this earth would have been more beautiful than the present.

I was just joking around. :) I don't know if women would do better or worse than men - some villages in Africa are entirely ruled by women. The only problem is women have be or become strong, as strength is usually associated with men instead of women. So if a woman is strong and can protect a country like she does her children (because no one is stronger than a woman protecting her children), then she'll rule just fine. If not, then other countries will see her as a weak ruler and attack.

That perhaps is similar to matriarchal society in China thousand years ago, Yellow River is her cradle. if really there is a day that women rule the world ,maybe it is the product of the development of society.just adapt to it. don't think too much.

Currently our president here is a woman and other parties have been trying to oust our president because they believe that they can do better for the country which i think is an absurd thing to do. A woman can make a difference to this world.

It has already happened. Just think of it: Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Israel, Pakistan, UK, Sri Lanka and few other countries have already been ruled by ladies.
The other countries may take time to get their lady rulers and it would happen some day. But I do not think that it would make any perceptible difference and that too, suddenly.

In this world, there are only two types of human - one is man, another is woman. Regardless man or woman rules the world, the world will keep going.
I think to judge a ruler good or bad, it goes to individual not a person's gender.

Fouzan no offence may be meant but i take offence women are just as able as men to think rationaly and will probably do a much better job if you dont believe that just look at the job Bush has done a child could do better !

I think women have always ruled in ways we may not realize. There's an expression that behind every good man is a good woman. So many of the greatest men in history could not be where they are if they didn't have mothers or wives to instill good values and to be their rock when they needed support. Sometimes it's not about being in the limelight. In the 1920s, many women were not clamoring for the right to vote. They argued that there were other ways of effecting change in society. I'm NOT suggesting that we take away the right to vote. I just think that people who aren't in the spotlight may have more influence than we think. Sometimes the people quitely working in the background are the ones really pulling the strings.
