For all swimmers out there or people who just can't get enough of water, why do you enjoy swimming? Is there some motivation which gets your heart pumping whenever you're swimming?

I never thought about WHY i like to swim. I just know that I do. I think, for me, swimming is really relaxing. And it is fun for me! It is a good time to think about my writing, and anything else I have going on in my life!

Hi I enjoy swimming because it's a good form of exercise and workout which is non-destructive to our joints. What i mean is, running as an exercise have certain stress impact on our joints, so I don't exactly like the idea of it. Swimming will not cause such impact to our joints. As I live in a hot tropical country, it can be so enjoyable and cooling to be swimming or simply just immerse myself in the pool and relaxing.

Swimming is a sport that can workout your entire body. I like floating over the water. I prefer swimming because when u swim in a icey cool water, it make us more relax. But most important is, it can slim down ur waist and make ur shoulder wider (this for man of course).

I like swimming but not so crazy about it. The reason I like to go to swim is my husband likes it. So I will like it, as I like to be attached to him:)

Umm...hard to tell. Maybe because it's good to soak in water. You can relax and "go with the flow". Also some swimming-styles are just cool - like butterfly.
