What's the first thing you do when you wake up?

Well, my cellphone is always next to me on my bed. So when i wake up, i find myself holding my cellphone or earphones plugged in (falling asleep listening to music on my cell) . :)
and i check all my text messages as soons as i wake up, and keep texting for some more time till i finally pull myself off my bed. :D

well, today is my first day at MyLot (effectively) and i'm loving it! :)

As soon as I open eyes, I spread my hands and see them and pray to God, then I look at Shridi Baba's photo and pray. Then I do pranayama. This is my daily schedule. Then only any other thing, mobile or opening the door etc.
