Ideas on how to get referrals?

I have been on Mylot without one referal. How do you get yours? I gave-up. but I started thinking maybe I can come up with another Ideas. Maybe I could print some cards out and pass them out, or Maybe get me a T-shirt made with Mylot on it and use http://www.mylot.com/?ref=marciascott and put it on a Tee shirt I think it is worth it. or put some flyers in my car pass them out, leave some on my window, I have just trying to come up some ideas, what do you do and how many referals do you have? and tell me if this is a good idea friends. I havent got any referals yet. Hope i get atleast one. Not necessary i would.

I have been here almost 8 months not a one I did get one referal but. she said she didn't have the time so that was the end of that.

I had asked many they have said the same thing that they dont have time. Or they say they dont think that internet pays. So live without referals its not bad is it?

I'm in the same boat as you. I don't have any referrals either. You pose some doable ideas for offline marketing. Sometimes when you're fishing you never know what you're gonna catch. I think I'm just going to stick with internet marketing, that's how I came to MyLot, someone referred me from another site I was involved with that paid nothing. I hope we both see that 1st referral in the near future.
