Sugar dissolves very quickly with water in tea so I do not think there is a method to remove it completely but if you add more water/milk in it and make the volume of tea more then you can have less of taste of sugar, it seems that is the only alternative.

You may also add no sugar at all in the first place; just plain relatively dark tea, no milk or sugar, is the healthiest.
