If you have a choice, would you relocate just to have a chance to vote?

A recent sms I received from a friend prompted me to probe into this very reality existing in Singapore. I have only voted twice in my 41yrs of lifetime, and these 2 times happened during my early adulthood. The rest of the times were either walkovers or cases of no contest. I recalled some newspaper articles written during our last General Election held last year that some people wanted very much to vote for their favorite party but were disappointed that they couldnt. Would anyone relocate just to have a chance to vote?
