Should Paris Hilton go to jail?

i personally think sure...why not. what is she that privillaged that she wouldn't go to jail for breaking the law? if a normal person who does the same thing did it and they got the same sentance...then why shouldn't she get the same?? that girl needs a real reality check...but honestly....she really does get too much attention and it might be true if the whole world would just ignore her...she'll GO AWAY!

She should be sentenced just like every one else. MOney cannot buy you everything, It was stated in the paper that her mam laughed at the judge when he sentenced. Just because they are billionaires, doesnt mean the are excepmt from the law. Maybe next time she wont so quick to break the law.

Just as anyone else who broke the law the way she did, yes. If that is what the law states, for lawbreakers, she may have more money, but she is not above the law in any way. Maybe she will learn something from it...we can only hope!

I think she deserves everything that she has gotten, shes been caught speeding several times this year and she never learned with the precautions so now she is in jail i think she will get what she deserves and i bet you my last penny that she will do it again
