Dont u think people are becoming more and more selfish these days?

I think that people everywhere are becoming meaner day by day. They are turning more and more selfish, just thinking about their own good. some argue that its bcoz the competition is very high.
What do you think are they turning selfish or they seem as usual to you. If they are becoming selfish, why do you think this is happening?

i think it's because they wanted to attain power and of course lots of money. I mean who wouldn't but then they've been too much already. Some companies even result to framing other companies up or they have goals for cheating which is really very corrupting in this competitive world.

I think there are tons of people who are becoming more selfish these days and to me it's because they were not raised the same way. They can be rude and disrespectful to their family and friends so they do it with everyone. Mainly it's just that people don't care and they do whatever they want.

I think you are right. Nowadays it is hard to find a person who is totally not selfish. People are becoming ruder and harsher in their words and they only think about themselves 100%. However I don't blame people if they are being selfish. Surroundings, way of living and the pressure nowadays contribute to the changes in human's attitude. Previously, life was much better with less pressure. So naturally people have more time to relax and enjoy life. It's not so today. I think that's why more and more people are becoming selfish nowadays.
