Can Indians really make any 'online money'?

I see most of the sites say 'US Citizens only'. At best the add Canada, Aus, Uk, thats it! I have heard there are sites like Treasuretropper, Cashcrate etc, which have a global scope, open for Indians, but then, they dont have so lucrative offers for Indians as they have for US residents! So, all you Indians, and other online experets, what do you suggest for an Indian - is there any way - Surveys, completing offers, Clciking ads etc. where after an investment, INDIANS can also make like 1000 cucks pm, that would be enough for me. I have heard ppl making thousnads per month doing these kind of things, but I have not heard any INDIAN resident making it. So, all details will e helpful.
