How long do you wait before choosing best response?

I just wait on mine till I see one which I actually consider a good response and could be determined as best, wait a day or so at least since many people tend to respond a bit later but no need to wait too long I'd say.

It is tough choosing a best response if you have more than 10 good responses. Yet, I come to a decision within a fortnight at the most.

i leave it at least a week and until the responses stop coming after that, whichever is the later
