Do you eat home-cooked or home-grown food most of the time, or do you eat out more often? Do you buy fresh or frozen vegetables?I go to office everyday and I am sometimes tired by the time I am home, and I just want to grab a bite without waiting to cook it all by myself. In such times, I just head to a nearby bread-bar and help myself to a sandwich or a salad. Sometimes I eat deep-fried snacks too, which I know aren't too healthy, but are very tasty.
Do you eat out often? Or do you worry about your health and cut down on parcels and eating out?

i make it a point that i take my wife for a dinner out once in a fortnight.
i think it is very toiling job for her to cook all the week days and feel that she deserves to be taken out for a dinner to break the usual routine.

Wow, that is sooooo considerate of you! I hope everyone gets a husband like you :)
Have you ever tried cooking for her for a change? Even if you don't know cooking, try waking up on a sunday morning, before her, and maybe just whip up some bread omelette and bed tea for her, I think that is the best surprise you can give her, you'll make her day! Maybe you can do it on her birthday ;)

No i always eat home-cooked food at all times. When it so happens that i travel to distant place far from my home town,on such occasions i wud eat Idly,Chappati, Dosa only (south Indian Dishes)Sometimes I used to take milk along with sandwich.Because my health conditions will not adhere to sudden changes in my regular diet.

My wife and I eat out occasionally, although it really does depend on how we feel. There are some weeks when we never want to cook and end up eating out every night that week. Meanwhile, there are other times when we actually decide to cook every night. I love having home cooked meals, but there is also that need for quick food...
Whenever we go out to eat, we try to be as healthy as we can be (aside from the occasional Jack-in-the-Box/Wendy's)... sometimes, we'll go out and not eat a full meal because of the size and we'll end up saving half for a later meal, too, to cut down on overeating.

I eat out nearly all the time. Home-made food is boring and repetitive after awhile, and I'm too hungry and impatient to go through the cooking process. Though I mix it up ocassionally with random home-made meals such as yakisoba or italian sausage. Usually when I eat out, I go for Japanese or Malaysian food, though ocassionally Vietnamese or Chinese cuisine as well since on the way home from school, there are plenty of cheap restaurants of that variety. I don't find eating out unhealthy, unless you're eating out at a fast food restaurant.
