Why Does Your Weakness Have To Be My Problem?

Summer is coming and everyone will be "shedding" their heavy cold weather attire. Men can go without their shirts-just take them off if they get hot outside-and they don't have to feel threatened. You also don't hear them being labeled with some of the nasty names we women get stuck with. Why is this? It's often said that for a woman to show her bare skin is to tempt men; to entice them sexually. I don't think that's fair. I am not sexually aroused by every bare-chested man I see. In fact, I don't even notice most of them. So, my question is this: Why does someone else's weakness-in this case, lust-have to be my problem? I want some input from both genders on this. Please, nobody get mean and nasty with anyone. We are all entitled to our opinion. I just want to know if we are so "advanced" in our thinking, why is bare skin on a woman still such an issue? Please don't quote the Bible, either. I happen to believe that Jesus taught SELF-control; not control of others.
