is it a good idea to bargin with buyer ?beginning with high price ,then down and down after discussion ,while someone would like to give buyer a non-modifiable price when they meet firstly ,what strategy should be taken? i hope myloter can give me your comment , opinions or speechs with deep consideration. thanks in advance.
