The other day I went back and got some music that was popular like 5 years ago, such as Nsync and all these other ones. I listened to the songs and realized that I still loved them and still knew all the words! For example: Bye Bye Bye by Nsync. Do you ever go back and listen to songs that were popular a few years ago, just for fun, and realize that you still love the songs?

I am an Indian and I used to listen Indian music mostly.I even listen old songs which were sung about 60 years ago.I prefer verses and meaning in songs.I like to listen K.L.Sehgal,Talat Mahmood,Rafi,Mukesh,Kishor Kumar,Manna Day etc.Todays songs have not the same melody and poetry like that. That was the golden age of songs in India. Not myself but every Indian like to listen their songs in this modern age of disco and overmusic.Today's song are loaded with music.Song composers do not prefer verses they prefer melody and music. Thus old songs are very near to heart and soul. They have healing touch and freshness.

I listen to music from many decades, and all kinds of music, classical, jazz, pop, folk &c. I was listening to some House/Dance music from the early '00s today, and was shocked to realise just how quickly this decade has gone by; it only seemed like yesterday that I heard this music for the first time. But the music still sounded good; I wanted to throw my windows open, let the sun in and enjoy it as in years gone by.

I listen to music that my mother use to listen to. Music is a big part of our lives. My favorite time period is the 80's, my 14 year old perfers to grab my cd collection and crank up the volume. Meatloaf, both new and old, seem to be his favorite at the moment.

i think if you like a song...it will juss stay with you no matter what
and listening to old songs is actually....juss like listening to any other songs...i mean nothing is really different....and i think it's kind of "more fun" because you've alrdy heard the recent song that you kind of got bored of it...

i like music a lot and music is my passion. i listen to almoet any kind of music and appreciate them and that became my ticket to work with the music companies during the nineties. let's put it this way , the range or scope of music i listen to and appreciate is from classical to the rock music and anything in-between.

going down the memory lane, it's nice listening to music of the 60's to 90's. i always wanted to hear the songs of the popular group abba and the carpenters. it's worth remembering hearing the songs of the westlife too. i like more of the music of the past because i can relate to them as compared to the music of today.

Yes! Sometimes the radio will play stuff from 5 years ago or longer and I realized how much I liked it! I hadn't thought about those songs in years, but I really liked them at the time, don't know what happened, I guess I just got into other things and forgot about them. It's nice to hear stuff like that though! I remember hearing some better than ezra song just the other day and I realized that I really liked it, but I was probably 18 the last time I heard it (i'm 26 now). :)

I listen to music from up to 50 years ago.
I grew up in the 60s, graduated high school in the 70s.
Lived through the 80s 90s and this century.
Unlike a lot of people my age, I enjoy music from all the years since I was born.
Each year has great music that is fun to go back and listen to. I could probably sing along with most of the music from when I was in high school. Music has always been a big part of my life.

WOW!! this is really weird! you might call it just a coincidence but only yesterday when i was cleaning my room i chanced upon some old CD's that i had forgotten all about! and one of them was Nsync's No strings attached! after cleaning the room i listened to it and realized the same thing! i still love this stuff! i even found some old style audio cassettes which were like from the 80's and belonged to my dad! they had some really wonderful songs on them like Just an illusion by Imagination, Aint no mountain high enough by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrel!
In short i love old songs, old movies! like they say old is gold!
