The most generally theoy is that we choose as a leader someone who, in a given situation will help us to achieve our objectives. there have been many theories about leardership but the generally findigs are that a good leader is not some speacial creatures , born wiyh special attributes not given to the rest of us. you can learn to be agood learder by watching those people who you consider to be effective at learding others-and nothing how ther do this, you can jugde a good leader by his/her ability to increase work output and keep subordinates happy at the same time! Leadership is the use of power to influency the behavior of others.power means gething others to do what you want.leaders are formal or in informal.formal leardership is granted to a manager or leader by organization. informal leadreship arises from special situation. a leader can draw on positionpower or pesonal power.power is limitted by acceptace theory and the zone of indifference. thnks for responds.
