Do Wales stand a chance in the Rugby World Cup?

Come on, be honest. Apart from the real die hard Welsh fans out there, does anyone give Wales a chance of making it to the Qtr finals this year. Will we even make it past the group stages, I mean even if that happens we will surely be up against South Africa and then the dream is over for another 4 years.
I know we beat the English in the 6 nations, but is that enough, especially as they have not been playing particularly well.

hey, I'm a die hard south african supporter, but if there's two other teams I will always support.. the irish and wales! teams that play with passion like wales, always hav a chance, and with their current form we should just see what happens.

Ouch!! That is in response to the thumping we just got from the Australians. After last week I was about to agree with you, but now, once again it seems we are back to the drawing board. S. Africa had a GREAT game against Emgland though, always good to see the English on the back foot.
Good luck this Sept/Oct ironclad.

D-day is here - the World Cup starts tonight. The playing fields are now level. Do not worry about in-form and out-form coming into the World Cup. He who would utilise his chances the best would be victorious. My gut feeling says it is going to be France. They are always unpredictable.
