Is it ok if you don't want to share for a while?
I have social phobia and it takes me a while to warm up to strangers.
If you have joined a group what was it like? Did you get anything useful from it?

i'm the same way. i have to warm up to any situation before i can fully engage in a conversation. with my writing though, i have a tougher time sharing that unless i have no idea who any of the people are. that's why i like to post my poems and stories on fictionpress.com and writerscafe.org. i hate when people that i see every day read my stuff. it's just weird.
