Facebook or MySpace?

I have tried both of these social networking sites. They are both social networking sites yet are totally different from each other. MySpace can be quite trashy and has a lot of advertising and spam but does have some cool stuff. Facebook is very clean and classier. I have recently created a Facebook account and must say I find it a lot nicer than MySpace. Which one do your prefer?

I totally agree. I definitely prefer Facebook. I feel the same way about Myspace, it can be pretty trashy, and I'm always getting random messages from people I don't know, and they're usually inappropriate messages from someone trying to get me to watch their webcam or something. Obviously I just delete those things, but it's just really annoying to even have to deal with them in the first place. I've never once had any problems on Facebook with spam or anything, and really can't think of any complaints I've had about Facebook either. I originally started my Myspace account because my husband is on it and we wanted to be friends, but if it wasn't for that, I would definitely just get rid of it and stick with Facebook entirely.

I don't find myspace trashy, think it would be with who you associate with that causes the trashy part... This would go for anything really.

I have only had a MySpace account for a few days and have not yet learned everything I can do with it. I am still learning my way around there. I have not seen Facebook. Is it similar to MySpace? I might check into it. I like the idea of being able to spread the word about my blogs, website, and articles on MySpace.

I have both and I'm not sure which I like better. I like Facebook but I'm not a huge fan of it I don't guess. I love my myspace page and it's set to private. I think myspace can be trashy but you just have to watch who you add and what you do.
