well its basically just the same as of any other job. Patience and hard work is needed to be able to get what you want in a day. Especially if you are in an outband center where you are to sell services or products. you need to be initiative and friendly to win the trust of the person you get to talk to. its stressful in a sense that you are imposed upon of a certain number of sales quota. Its fun also because you get to encounter people of different moods. some are irate, others are accomodating, others are well name it ---- you'll get to enjoy how iots like to deal with people really. Its very challenging as well as you give your best to meet your quota.
