How many hours do you need to make your body more healthy???

Hello all, Little sweat for more healthy do you agree with that? We just need to do a little exercise so we can managed our health. I do cardio exercise three times a week or maybe more, maybe just walking or swimming for half an hour, do you thins that is enough to make me keep health, or i must do more than that? What do you thing? How long did you take your workout? Is that necessary to exercise 2 hours in a day to make your body in a good condition? Or maybe you need to managed your food too? What do you think

it is important to exercise, but i really dont have a fixed time and theres nothing like a fixed amount of time for which i do it, it really depends, i start exercising if i feel like, i do walk quite a bit everyday, and play whenever time permits. i dont think its necessary to exercise 2 hours daily, even a smaller time is enough, but i do believe that it should be done regularly without leaving that practice, then you will have a healthy body , thats my view

Hi Angel, I feel it is eqally important to maintain a healthy diet with exercise to keep our body fit. I do not know whether 2 hours excersise is required or not, but I have read in different Articles that regular exeercise for minimum 30 minutes is good for health. It is good that you swim, run or walk. Here I can suggest you one thing. If you do Pranayam (one kind of exercise by using the breath), you will get more good result. You will feel both physically and mentally refreshed with Praqnayam. I feel that a calm mind is also necessary to have a good health. As our health condition is also dependent on our mind, rather body and mind are inter-related.
