What driving pratices annoy you?

One of my all time high, top of the list annoyances is people driving with their high beams on when they are close to car, either directly behind me or when they are coming in from the opposite direction effectively blinding me!I can't see anything with the glare. I'm not saying don't use high beams, but turn them down as a courtesy to your fellow road users when you are in the vicinity of another vehicle.
Another one is people turn left near a signal who don't put their turn signal until the green light is on. Now I have to stay behind them for God knows how long before the guy on the opposite side takes pity on us waiting behind the turning car and yields.

I absolutely hate too much annoying unnecessary honking. It just causes too much noise pollution. I also hate ti when people always cut in front of me. Cutting lanes is a very common practice here and it can get quite dangerous too.

I can't stand people who talk on their cell phones and are not concentrating on the road. I also cannot stand people who change lanes every 2 seconds, zip in and out just to get one car ahead!!
