how to get over a failure

can you explain why you call yourself a failure when you've mentioned that you're one of the top earners/sellers? If you could achieve that much then you're definitely not a failure, do you love what you're doing? Expect that people will look up to you and that they have high expectations on you as well.. So probably a little mistake would shock them because of your high level of expertise.. Think about it a lot if you really wanted to quit, maybe your efforts are noticed but a raise might be better in some time..
