kakashi's second form Mangekyou Sharingan?

Lets say for the argument of this thread that Gai is kakashi's closet friend beside obito. And also lets just say that kakashi kills Gai (i can't see why he would kill him but for the sake of this thread lets say he does) Will kakashi recive another form of the Mangekyou Sharingan? or will he just get a stronger and quicker version of his older one? or will nothing happened? i think that maybe he will get another form because the manga or anime has ever stated that only one person can have only one form of the Mangekyou Sharingan so maybe kakashi will get it or the other remaining Uchia(spelling) will get it too. who knows
