Cheated by Cingular CSR - what shall I do?

I received a phone call yesterday from a Cingular CSR. She tried to sell wireless and when she heard I got one already she found a great offer for me. It was really very good, including no contract, 29.99$/month, plus a new camera phone for free. I wasn't deciding immediately as I wanted to ask my husband. Therefore I got her 1-877 number and extention to call back in 5 minutes.
This time I asked her to check again if there is any contract to sign up and she said NO immediately. She then checked for me and told me there is only one time 9.99 shipping fee for everything.
Today I found out it is all wrong, because in my email there is an order with a large bill, including a 2 year contract with 39.99 plus/month, a 35$ activiation fee, a 39.99$ cell phone fee, and a 9.99$ shipping fee (plus about 20.00$ tax and handling).
I tracked immediately and too bad the phone is already shipped. I am feeling cheated and very upset. Much worse, in their email, I will have to pay for an expensive tracked shipping to return the stuff. I really don't want to pay either way. What can I do now? Please help!
Any suggestions are welcome and very much appreciated.

Hi, In regards to this you did not agree with this so I would send it back immediately and if you hear from them again which I hope that you do not you had best contact your fair trading as this is not right I would not pay anything as this was the woman fault not yours.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. I am trying to dial the customer service. I contacted AT&T but they can't do anything but give me the phone number of Cingular.
I tried to report this to the supervisor but when I request, I was told the guy is in training and I can only leave a message. It made me doubt this cheating idea originally comes from the supervisor.
