do you choose whom on mylot as your friend?

These days i spend most of my time on mylot,which makes my friends surprise.maybe they will think i was crazy LOL. but seriously sometimes i don't know whom i should choose as my friend on internet, what will you do, anyone can be? or you get a standard to do that?

I don't set a standard on who can be my friends although I don't accept everybody, in mylot. You really can't tell who is really your friend and who is not until the time comes. But I treat everybody the same, whether they are acquaintances, friends, enemies or strangers. If they don't hurt me I won't hurt them. If they hurt me I will hurt them. My family though, will be a different story.
But still just because some people are not my friends doesn't mean I won't respond to their discussions or treat them badly online. It's just that some days I didn't feel like accepting anyone as friend and so I didn't.

Perhaps you are right,however, i am different from you.sometimes even i am hurt by the others in life, i won't choose to hurt them insteadly to forgive them. In Mylot i usually choose those who response me as my friend like you, I take this behavior as a good manner.Certainly just as you said we can't tell who is really our friend and who is not until the time comes.So even if i choose a friend ,maybe that is just a polite way means nothing else.

I do that too sometimes. If someone responds to my topic and I like the response, I will request their friendship. But I never force my friends to always respond to my topics and they can't force me to always respond to their topics. If they respond out of their own free wills, I think their responses will be genuine and they can expect me to do the same. I think it's only fair to treat people like that, online or real life.

the same as you that i don't force my friends response me all the time. certainly just hope they can visit me when they are free.don't forget me .haha:)

I usually did not choose my friends. I just add them as friends. Then I will message them to get to know them real close so that we can be friend for a long time. A friends that last forever.

I usually just accept every friend request on Mylot. i dont communicate with these people beyond responding to their discussiosn though - im not opposed to it..just havent done it yet so far.

I have no standards, I think that anyone can be a friend of mine, why not? I think it's right to give everybody the possibility to become my friend, or not?
I don't think you are crazy, to me you are very nice.
I usually prefer that people ask me to become their friend, I don't like asking the others, and till now I accepted every request.

Oh well I have a lot of wonderful friends on mylot and I am quiet sure that if you have a look at my profile that some of my friends would join you. Why would they think that you are crazy I do not feel like this about you. Or when people respond to your discussion you can request them to be your friends so that your new friends join you.
