losing weight the right way

try moderation, It's healthier. Eating the right food in the right amounts is key. Forget about crash diets. It;s mostly about deprivation,which doest not do much to boost your confidence.

What I did to loose weight without really getting sick was like what you've said I done it in moderation. Slowly, I lessen my food intake but I replaced it with supplements. Until I fixed the amount of food I am eating but I continue my supplements. I also do a lot of exercises morning and evening to burn fats.

Yes, you are completely right, some people are crazy about weight control in a abnormal way. In my mind, diets is only possible for these who have a unhealth or unbalanced taste, Generally, it is not the reason of weight. Do not eat too much sugar and cheese. I believe the sport a important factor for weight control. So I prefer to have a nice diet with proper sports everyday.
