feeling down and out?

whenever you feel down and out and alone, what's normally the best thing that you should do? this has a lot to do with depression which leads to suicide. meditation is one of the self therapies that can work. some just knock themselves with junk foods and movies. i think those are still ok as long as they don't take their own life.

there are plenty of people around that are willing to help out with people that are feeling a little blue. me being one of them with my website that is based around helping people in there teens by just giving them someone to talk to. we dont got no fancy licences to do this, we just like to help others
