I use to love Chocolates and sugar based chewy toffee or candy, whatever, with flavours like grapes, orange, lemon, strawberries......... i use o like those a lot. they were a chewy type things, but i have stopped eating all that stuff. it is bad for teeth as well as health. so much of sugar comes in blood and body which is not a good thing. i also like sweets made by my mom at hom, she use to make Calzones filled with grated coconut, almonds, raisins, powdered sugar, powdered green cardamom. infact she use to mix many more things and use to make something similar to Calzone , i dont know the name, bt love the taste. that was also a same type of filling with very little sugar inside and then after frying again dipped in sugar syrup . they are really tasty ones. she use to make cakes , brownies and my dad use to make cookies . i m from a family who loves to cook and tries to cook everything in home only. that is the only reason i love to cook and my kitchen is a laboratory for me. i love experimenting different dishes from different places.

I'd agree with fruit flavoured sweets, never had grape though. Also enjoyed toffee.

I have three that I can remember. First was I think they were called candy buttons. They were different colored little dots of candy on a piece of paper. I also liked those candy bracelots and those wax soda bottle shaped things with that sugery liquid in them.

Yep I liked them too, don't know if the chocolate was changed or not on the candy buttons, I remember they fell out of favour because I no longer liked the chocolate though. Fireballs are what every one at work love. I'm not a lover of gum.

Dolly Mixtures, Jelly Babies and Liquorice Allsorts and I still luv them. One advantage of grandchildren is they always share when they have some saves me buying them.

Cry babies, sour patch kids, and sweetish fish were my favorites. I use to buy them everyday when I was younger. Now candy is a scarce part of my diet.

Ohhh, childhood candy!! As a kid I loved those ring pops lol, I'd go around wearing it and soon enough the diamond would be gone. I love and always will love pixi sticks, remember those? The straws with the sugar candy inside. Then there's the candybar, Twix is my favorite and the 3muskateers. Not to forget the dum dum lollipops. :)

Peppermint candy, the red and white swirled ones. They tasted so good. And marshmallow mouse. Yeah occasionally I bought a mouse with tail and all that really was a marshmallow. These mice I started to eat at the tail.
