As human being, being loyal employee is one of my ways of life. I think by being loyal employee, I can increasing my personality. But, I find a bad experience. Almost 4 months I am working with my new position and in new place. My first duty are fixing the broken system so that all of client give their trust to my company again. As new comer in my postion, It's a big job which need hardwork and this job need much time becauce the damage is worst damage. So, I only take a few time to rest because my manager and director need I finish it fast. Although the day is holyday, I work. And now, I am sick because that of duty. And, since a month ago, I realize that my manager and director didn't give support me again. I don't know why they do this. So, I restart to think my job again. My first choice which in my mind is 'finish it and than resign'. What do you think about my fisrt choice? Do yo have other alternative?

Being loyal and honest is great asset of yours.
So don't think negative.
These type of situtations often come in our professional carrer.
As per my experience - Just take your work as simply task assigned and nothing more than that. Work honestly and effieciently. Working day and night to solve some issue is not being loyal to the organisation. See yourself u fell seck out of it. Further more your managers are not giving nay importance.
Need to stress yourself. For now what i feel is that you should talk to your manager about the issue and tell them the situation. If nothing turns good then tell them that you are leaving the company.

Talking with my manager is just wasting time because he does't care with every problem of his team. So, I will leave the company. I hope in the end of this month I get a new company. Pray for me, please. Thanks for your nice sugestion.
